What is a tandem (two-seater) first flight?
It's a flight where you sit comfortably in a harness at the front, securely attached to a certified instructor who is right behind you and handles the whole flight.
Do I have to jump into the void to take off?
No, not at all. Unlike skydiving, you don't jump out of a plane. The paraglider is already inflated on the ground. To take off from a mountain, you just jog or run down a gentle slope until the wing takes your weight and gently lifts you up.
